Our stats of health mostly depends on how we look after our bodies, and it’s very important our diet include good , healthy fruit and healthy drinks. We must also get lots of exercise , and drink lots of liquid. By liquid I don’t mean coke, lemonade or other drink that contain a lot of sugar.

You have control
